Ryan started tattooing in 2004 in new hampshire, where he is originally from. He moved to Portland in 2006, landed at Scapegoat shortly thereafter and has been here ever since…. the dude just won’t go away. He spends his non-tattooing hours (which are few) with basketball, crappy photography, assorted culinary adventures and a very cute dog named olive.

Ryan is only rarely available for new projects/clients, as he already maintains a heavy workload with existing clientele and ongoing projects. But he keeps his blog updated with recent photos, travel and contact info, and announcements whenever booking opens again. He also regularly posts in-progress photos of larger works at ryanscapegoat.tumblr.com.
