Silje Hagland
Silje (pronounced SIL-ya) is originally from Norway, but moved to the states in 2004 and has now been tattooing for 7 years. She bounced around a little and moved across the country a few times before landing in Portland, where she worked at Icon Tattoo before we stole her in early 2011.
